This one of the best elephant training camps in Northern Thailand has about 100 elephants in total. About 12 elephants, aged three to five, are taken here each year to be trained. Daily chores are part of the regular performance put on for tourist. Visitors can get close to the elephants by feeding them fruit. There is also a small museum displaying the culture and the history of elephants in Thailand.
