This island is the major tourist attraction which has numerous beaches and bays. It is almost literally "the island of coconut forest". The most popular beach is Chaweng and Lamai where most attractive accommodations and tourist facilities are found. Besides beaches, other attractions are waterfall, Buddha Image, and phallic rocks.
