WAT MOLI LOKAYARAM

This temple was established in Ayuthaya period. However, the main chapel (Ubosot) was constructed in King Rama I reign of the early Rattanakosin (Bangkok) period. A wooden hall on stilts are used as the scripture library (Ho Phra Traipidok). Its gable has Rattanakosin carved wood. The door panels were painted in "Rai Rot Nam" style. The imagery sculture in this temple is of a former abbot, Somdet Phra Kosachan. Open 06:00-17:00 call (66 2) 472-3183.
